An under-glove facilitates the use of a more specialised glove on top, allowing the user the ability to simultaneously bolster their safety and target protection to suit the environment, job or application at hand.

Which Size Glove Liner Is Right for Me?

To find your perfect size, simply measure the circumference of your palm (ignoring the thumb area) and the length of your hand as indicated in the image below. Once you have your measurements, please consult the sizing chart below to find the correct size for your hand.

Should I Select the Same Size as My Safety Gloves?

Even after taking hand measurements, this is a common question regarding glove liners. Although a glove liner typically fits tighter than a standard glove, selecting the size you select when purchasing safety gloves will give you the best possible fit. Alternatively, if you do prefer a tighter under-glove, please select a size down.

EN 388

• EN 388: 3442C

EN 388 is a European regulation governing the sale of gloves used for safety and protection. It determines the gloves' performance when used for protection against mechanical machinery by measuring the fabric's abrasion, cut, tear and puncture resistance.

The EN 388 cut resistance test uses a single sharp implement to repeatedly pressure a glove in order to determine the amount of force required to cause visible and functional damage.

What Is an Under-Glove Liner?

An under-glove liner is an uncoated, thinner glove that serves a variety of purposes when worn underneath another glove. They can be used for insulation or to add another layer of protection when working in hazardous environments. 

Which Gloves Are Suitable for Use With MaxiCut Glove Liner?

Despite being specifically designed for use with the ATG ULTRA Safety Glove Range, ATG MaxiCut Under Liners are suitable for use with any safety glove.

Do MaxiCut UnderGloves Use a Coating?

No. MaxiCut Under Gloves are designed for use as a layer that goes underneath your gloves, making a coating unnecessary. This means they're extra soft and comfortable, allowing you to use them for as long as required without irritation.

Can aLSO BE wORN bY tHEMSELVES

Although great as glove liners, the MaxiCut Ultra 58-917 Gloves can also be worn by themselves for more technical work where maximum dexterity is needed. Despite being uncoated they still employ MaxiCut's cutting edge protection technology to provide reliable resistance to abrasions, cuts and tears.
