The Blade Cut Resistance test involves a single sharp blade hitting the fabric until it perforates it. The gloves can withstand up to 15 newtons of continuous downward force applied by a sharp blade before breaking.

EN 407

This rating governs the manufacture and sale of gloves that are heat and flame resistant.

• EN 407: 41324X

The Traffiglove TG5580 Gloves performed excellently when tested against heat and flame hazards. They withstand heat up to 100°C and have a cooling down time of under five seconds once ignited. They are also highly resistant to small splashes of molten metal and are capable of withstanding up to 35 small drops of heated metal.

What are These Gloves Made Of?

The Traffiglove TG5580 Gloves are made of high-quality embossed cow grain leather, which is only used in the manufacturing of premium gloves. The cuff is made from a suede split, and the cut-resistant liner is made from a Kevlar para-aramid cotton-free fabric for incredible resistance to incisions and gashes.
