Nitra-NL15 Nitrile Chemical Resistant Gloves

With a lightweight but hardwearing construction, the Nitra-NL15 Nitrile Chemical Resistant Gloves provide good protection against a wide range of solvents and chemicals in order to prevent accidental exposure and injuries. Ensuring extra safety, a sandy, roughened finish to the palm and fingertips of these gloves provide improved grip in both wet and dry applications, allowing you to retain your grasp whilst chemical handling.

The Nitra-NL15 Nitrile Chemical Gloves are available in four different sizes and all have a 33cm length. To find the best size for your hands, simply measure the circumference of your palm your hand as shown in the diagram below. Once you have these measurements, please match your results to the sizing table and select your desired size from the drop-down at the top of the page.

The Nitra NL15 Chemical-Resistant Gloves have been tested against mechanical risks under the European standards EN 388 and EN 374. EN 388 tests the gloves' protection against hazards such as cuts, tears, puncture, and abrasion, while EN 374 tests the protection the gloves provide against the penetration and permeation of chemicals.

Abrasion Resistant

Despite its soft and flexible construction the strength of these chemical gloves should not be underestimated. A level 4 abrasion resistance score has been given to these gloves meaning they provide maximum levels of protection against wearing down, scrapes, and scuffs.

Essential safety item

I have used these gloves for about 30 years in my workshop, designing and making small parts from a range of materials and involving the use of solvents, acids, paints, and abrasives. They last a good time and are pretty resistant to hard use and abuse. They are an excellent all-round protector for skin on hands and wrists. (Even my Missus has "borrowed" a pair or three for washing up, household
cleaning, and gardening). Well worth keeping a few pairs handy, just in case!
