Glass blowing and hot glass production is extremely dangerous — you are dealing with extreme temperatures and any contact with your skin could cause severe burns and terrible injury. In order to keep you protected, Safety Gloves stocks a range of Glass Blowing Gloves are resistant to high temperatures and have been selected especially for their suitability for hot glass handling.

Glass becomes molten at 1723°C, meaning that it provides an extreme hazard to your well-being. Gloves within our Glass Blowing Gloves range are suitable for contact with temperatures of up to 500°C, allowing you to hold poles and tongues that are touching the glass with less chance of injury. Please note that these gloves are not to be used in lieu of other safety precautions, they are designed only to augment your best safety practices.

Many of our Glass Blowing Gloves are available in multiple sizes, ensuring that you can find a glove that has a proper fit. Purchasing the correct size of glove is essential, especially in an area as dangerous as hot glass handling, as ill-fitting gloves can offer less than optimal protection. For more information about sizing, please refer to the individual product pages.

Customer service is a huge priority at Safety Gloves. If you have a question about our Glass Blowing Gloves, please contact our customer care team on 020 7720 2266 or via the "Contact Us" page.
