To identify the best size for you, start by placing your hand palm-down on a flat surface, and measuring the width of your knuckles, excluding the thumb (as seen below). Once you have this measurement, you can compare it to the sizing table below to help you choose the right size.

If your measurements fall between sizes, we would recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
