Mechanical Properties of the PortWest Liner Glove
Preparing and handling food requires optimum health and safety standards. These gloves have been tested under rigorous European safety standard EN 388 - the cut resistance test places the glove under a constant blade speed of 2.5mm/s and increases the force applied. In this test the Portwest gloves scored a level F, the highest possible level. They also rate highly for resistance to abrasion and tearing.
